User-friendly service and full transparency

We endeavour to make our services available to you in the best possible and most user-friendly and transparent way.

 

At the outset, we provide you with a no-charge interview in order to gain a clear perspective on wishes and specific requirements. Having assessed your unique case, we submit a proposal to you, where our hourly rate and terms are included.

 

Our standard terms provide for billing in British Pounds (GBP) and communication in English. However, we are happy to try to accommodate you, if you wish to be quoted in another currency. In some cases we even offer communication in a different language.

 

The Wizard’s Wand, Ltd. is an English company. When you retain our services, you do so in England. By implication, you are entering into a contract in England, which gives you the added protection of being governed by English law and having any dispute resolved in an English court.

 

As our valued client, you will have access to our user-friendly ticket system, where you and your staff can open individual assignments for us and interact by way of mail until the task is completed. Each ticket logs the time spent and appears as a specified item on our invoices.

 

Our system also gives you access to all your invoices – past and present – and your payment status. All invoices are forwarded to you electronically to your designated mailing address. Finally, we offer you a variety of payment options to our accounts in England.
